As the B & Bs are small family-run establishments, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as happens for hotels, so please let us know your expected arrival time by telephone at least 24 hours before arrival.
Going to the facility without having notified the arrival time can cause delays and this inconvenience cannot be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.
Upon arrival at the B&B it is necessary to deliver a valid identification document (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the criminal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the B&B.
The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current legislation.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.00 a.m. (in case of special needs the time must be previously agreed with the manager).

Check-in is scheduled from 4 p.m.;
Check out is scheduled until 10 a.m.

Pietra Luna Luxury B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to object of your property left in the room.
There is no custody service.

The change of bed linen is done every 3 days or at each guest’s change. Room cleaning is carried out daily from 10 to 12 a.m., along with the change of towels.
Please arrange your personal belogings to allow for such cleaning.

In order to avoid any unnecessary waste, it’s recommended a correct and rational use of water.
Avoid throwing anything into the toilet (please to use the special baskets).
Furthermore, please turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever you leave the suite and close doors and windows.

If the guest causes damage to the structure or to the accessories belonging to the premises assigned to him, it is required to notify the owner immadiately and after the necessary checks, the related expenses will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited inside our B&B.
Compliance with this simple rule stems from the need to protect those who don’t smoke or those who will come after you, as well as a standard for fire prevention.
The penalties of the law will be applied to offenders.

• It is obligatory to take a shower before entering the pool;
• Access to the pool is allowed only with the use of a swimming cap and bathing suit;
• It’s possible to access to turkish bath and pool from the age of 16 years old, but for minors it is required the presence of an adult, who assumes responsibility and ensures compliance with these regulations;
• In the relaxation area it is obligatory to use the provided flip-flops;
• In the turkish bath and relax area is obliatory to use the towel provided for sitting;
• The time spent inside turkish bath is about 10- 15 minutes;
• It is not recommended to access to the turkish bath after a large meal, but it’s preferable to drink a good amount of water first to compensate for the loss of excess fluids;
• It is not recommended to acces to the turkish bath for people with cardiovascular, venereal, or kidney problems, for women who are pregnant and during the menstrual cycle;
• The use of shampoo and shower gel is prohibited inside wellness area;
• At the end it is advisable to consume the herbal teas provided;

Animals are not allowed inside our facility.

• Please don’t use the suite for any purpose other than accomodation;
• Please refrain from doing any action that could cause a fire such as using all devices that generate heat;
• Gambling or other acts that conflicts with the values of a good family or cause annoyance to others are striclty prohibited;
• Please don’t remove equipment or furniture from the B&B premises;
• Total silence must be observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.;
• Anyhow a behavior must be maintened that at any time and in no way damages the tranquillity of others.

In case of cancellation or cancellation the amount paid will not be refunded.

Early departures are a damage because they do not allow us to have the time necessary to be contacted and therefore have new guests for the room that becomes free, therefore you will not be refunded the amount paid for the entire booked stay.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”), laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you. and the obligations of confidentiality which is the structure directed by NARDIELLO BERTA.

Purpose of the processing
The data provided is acquired in execution of accounting and tax prices, customer management, financial movements, advertising in the press, radio, television, internet and other means and can be communicated to subjects who perform functions connected or instrumental to our business.

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33-36 of the Code) on security measures, by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limited to the purposes and minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this information, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

Communication and dissemination scope
We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other subjects for the fulfillment of obligations of law.

Transfer of personal data
Your data will not be transferred either to member states of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.

Special categories of personal data
Pursuant to articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you could give Nardiello Berta data that can be classified as “particular categories of personal data”, that is, data that reveal “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or belonging trade union, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person “. These categories of data may be processed by Nardiello Berta only with your free and explicit consent, expressed in writing, at the bottom of this information.

Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling

Nardiello Berta does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Rights of the interested party
At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;
b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
